1. How long does it take?
Delivery Time will depend upon which shipping option you choose = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Economy Delivery
Standard Delivery
Express Delivery
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipped, rather than the date you order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address or other causes.
2. How much is shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate up to 70 lbs.

3. How do I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order.
4. Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
5. Unclaimed orders
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
6. Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

Certain items may be on backorder; (in this case, we will email you letting you know your item/items are going to be delayed)

Weight restrictions for regular shipping are imposed by the post office. (We will email you to let you know if there is any change in your delivery status.)
7. Return & Refunds
You may return your item/items, in the original product package with tags intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund if you are not satisfied. Your items must be returned in the original product packaging with tags on them undamaged. We do not offer an exchange of products after the 12-hour deadline to notify us if you need to change your order. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so, you will not receive a refund if you do!
You are responsible for any costs in returning the packages to us, we do not offer Freight to Collect.
8. Local Delivery
We currently offer local delivery to anyone in the Shelby County area. There's a $20 delivery charge within 10 miles of our current location. We are willing to travel further for an additional amount for larger orders or if you need your order sooner than the shipping times allow.
Note
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, and items out of stock, especially during high-volume periods.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause a delay in delivering your order on time. We currently only offer our products in the United States but as we expand we plan on offering it internationally.
